At ArtGlo, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Please note the following terms of our shipping policy:
Order Processing: For non-sale periods, all orders confirmed before 5 p.m. (PST) are processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day. Please note that our shipping partners do not deliver ArtGlo products on Sundays or public holidays and that lead times will be longer during sale periods.
Shipping Locations: Currently, ArtGlo ships products only within the United States. We are working on expanding our services, and we appreciate your understanding.
Shipping Time: The estimated time of delivery is typically within 5-7 business days. Orders typically ship within 5 days. Please note that shipping times may extend during sale periods.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be displayed at the time of check-out and depend on the destination, size, and weight of the product.
Tracking: All ArtGlo shipments are accompanied by a shipment tracking number which will be sent to you via email once your order is shipped.
Packaging: Our products are shipped in durable, special packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
Delayed or Lost Orders: While we strive to ensure on-time delivery, there may be instances when packages may be delivered past the confirmed date due to unforeseen circumstances or issues beyond our control. If your order is lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
